From machining of solid plate to machining of castings, G&Z has the experience to do it all.

G&Z works with Solid Models (when available) from the quotation phase through final assembly.  Solid Models are used to generate CNC programs as well as CMM inspection programs.

To get the job done right G&Z has extensive experience in 3, 4, and 5-axis milling, turning, Mill/Turn, and manual machining.

Need volume production?  G&Z can fixture multiple parts per fixture on multiple pallets to keep up with increases in demand.
