Our quality lab is anchored by experienced technicians utilizing the latest technology to validate our processes. Our Quality Team is instrumental in the completion of FAIR’s, capability studies, gage R&R, flow charts, histograms and other certified documentation.
Our Inspection Lab consists of numerous gages and metrological equipment including:
- Mitutoyo Crysta Apex 7160 CMM
- Mitutoyo Crysta Apex 910 CMM
- Mitutoyo B231 CMM
- Bendix 1808 CMM’s
- Optical Comparator
- Extensive range of bore gages up to 10" (Sunnen, Starrett and Mitutoyo)
